Our job is to aggressively prospect on a daily basis, talking to at least 100 people in search of qualified buyers for your home. We also talk to all agents who may have a buyer for your home.
Once a buyer is found, we are your advocates, negotiating the best price and terms obtainable on the sale of your property. We monitor every phase of the transaction. You are kept updated regarding all aspects of the transaction.
In addition to researching the current market trends on a daily basis and keeping up to date on competitive properties, we follow up on every showing of your property. We then discuss strategies to keep your home in the forefront of the real estate market.
We talk to all prospective buyers daily and show your property personally to all motivated, qualified prospects. It is also our responsibility to over-see the advertising and marketing process until we are in escrow.
Cheryl Cook
I am a licensed real estate agent. I have been a Transaction Coordinator for 20 years and have worked for 4 top producers. The knowledge that I have gained through this experience will only aid me in my ability to ensure you have a smooth transaction. I am the first contact for all calls regarding the listing and sale of your property.
I will handle all of the incoming calls from prospective clients, immediately referring them to Scott, Philip and Sergio depending upon their needs. All agents, escrow officers, title representatives, inspections companies, appraisers, termite companies, and repair persons work directly with me so that "Team Sackin" can concentrate on getting top dollar for your property, and together we can ensure that you have a smooth transaction.
